Copeland Home Services guarantees that during the entire first year that you own your new HVAC or Water Heater system, if at any time during the first year of installation, you are not 100% satisfied with craftsmanship we have performed, we will re-install any part of the new system to your 100% satisfaction at no additional charge.

Workmanship Guarantee
Our technicians are best in class with skill, expertise, and workmanship. We provide ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements, so you benefit from the most knowledgeable professionals available. They will treat your home with care, complete the job efficiently and accurately, and thoroughly clean up afterward. Our technicians are committed to your satisfaction and maintain a respectful, drug-free environment, refraining from smoking or using inappropriate language in or near your home. If their performance does not meet these high standards, please inform us immediately.
Owners Obligations and Limitations
- This offer is applicable only during the first year of installation.
- This offer is applicable only to homeowner’s primary personal residence. Not applicable to any rental or commercial properties in residences where the owner is not the primary resident.
- Homeowner is responsible for painting, patching, and/or restoration work in the event that a part is removed.
- Owner must provide access for any re-installed part to be removed weekdays between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Owners agree to allow a Copeland Home Services representative ample time for the resolution of dissatisfaction.
- Any changes beyond the original agreement will be an additional charge.
Pricing Per Month – 1*
- Copeland Family Maintenance Plan membership plans are grouped into three separate tiered categories: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Pricing per month ranges from $13.95 for Silver, $19.95 for Gold, and $29.95 for Platinum. Services for each membership plan vary including maintenance for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Additional Safety Check services are available with Gold and Platinum plans. Contact Copeland Home Services for additional details or questions on pricing.
Price per additional unit – 2*:
- Each membership plan includes service for one HVAC unit and cost of membership increases $6.95 per month for each additional HVAC unit.
10% Off All Repairs 3*:
- By signing up for a Copeland Family Maintenance Plan membership, you acknowledge and agree that in no event shall Copeland Home Services or any of its affiliates be liable for damage or loss caused by equipment failure on the units or other equipment covered by your membership plan.
New benefit bullet “Convenient automatic renewal 4*:
- If members decide to terminate membership, they are obligated to pay the remainder of the monthly amount provided that preventive maintenance has been fulfilled and/or discounts have been applied to services rendered. Monthly memberships require recurring credit card payment and signed credit card authorization form.
No Service Fees 5*:
- Excludes after hours and holiday charges
$100 Annual Credit Towards a New HVAC System Install 6*:
- $1,000 max. Must be a continued service member agreement at any level of tiered plans to keep credit. If service membership agreement is canceled, then the credit will be voided. No cash value.
Water Heater System Maintenance , Water Heater Flush 7*:
- Additional charge may apply for each water heater
